The service is a joint venture with the IRS to promote filing returns electronically and all returns that are able to be e-filed will be e-filed.

This service is available to taxpayers with low and moderate income, with special attention to those age 60 and older. AARP membership is not required.

Locations are: Oak Harbor Library room 137, 1000 SE Regatta Dr., Tuesdays, Feb. 7 through April 10 from 12:30 to 6 p.m.; Coupeville Library, 788 NW Alexander St., Wednesdays, Feb. 1 through April 11, 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.; South Whidbey Senior Center, 14594 Highway 525, Langley, Thursdays, Feb. 2 through April 12, 1 to 6 p.m.

Appointments are recommended but not required. Appointments can only be made by stopping by the site to pick up instructions.
