Save the date for water

Mark Saturday, Feb. 4, on your calendar for Sound Waters, a day of learning about everything relating to the Salish Sea environment.

The one-day university is set for South Whidbey High School in Langley.

WSU Island County Beach Watchers present Sound Waters, which features more than 60 sessions. Registration opens in early January. For information, go to www.beachwatchers.net/soundwaters.
