Oak Harbor High School senior earns college scholarship | People and Places

EMILY BAIN, a senior at Oak Harbor High School, has been awarded an academic honor scholarship from Northwestern College, Orange City, Iowa, for the 2012–13 school year. Emily is the recipient of the Presidential Scholarship, which awards a minimum of $9,000 per year. She is the daughter of Wendy Nienhuis of Oak Harbor.
