Oak Harbor alum earns scholarship | People and Places

MEGAN THIERSTEIN of Oak Harbor was awarded the Russell Memorial Scholarship at Oak Hills Christian College, Bemidji, Minn. Thierstein is a sophomore at OHCC majoring in biblical studies and small business administration.
