Coupeville is welcoming the Victoria Clipper back this spring. Current scheduled dates are March 19-20, April 2-3 and 16 -17.

Coupeville is welcoming the Victoria Clipper back this spring. Current scheduled dates are March 19-20, April 2-3 and 16 -17.

The whale-watching boat will arrive in Coupeville about noon and depart at 2 p.m. The Coupeville chamber will meet the guests at the dock.
