Severns chairs state board

The Washington State Bar Association recently nominated Robert T. Severns of Chicago Title Co., Oak Harbor, as chair of the Limited Practices Board. The appointment was approved by the Washington Supreme Court's Administrative Committee, announced Gerry L. Alexander, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Washington State. Severn's term started Jan. 15 and runs through Dec. 31, 2009. The board is responsible for the certification and regulation of limited practice officers.
