WHIDBEY INSPIRATION held a ribbon cutting for its new location on SE Pioneer Way Wednesday, Aug. 22. Owner Lynn Copeland opened the storefront after operating an alteration and tailoring, custom design jewelry and embroidery business for more than four years out of her home.
