Oak Harbor alumni promoted in California | Biz Beat

SEAN POPP, an Oak Harbor High School graduate, has been promoted to branch manager of a Wells Fargo branch in Banning, Calif. Popp started with the bank in 2006 as a personal banker, working his way up his most recent position as assistant branch manager.
